The infographic is saved to your n8n variable. Create a final step that emails it to your product team, with the detailed JSON recommendations attached as a backup. Set up an n8n Gmail node to send both the visual and structured data every Monday morning. The entire flow, from feedback collection to recommendation delivery, runs with zero manual intervention. The Manual Alternative
If you prefer human review at certain points, replace MindPal with a simpler setup. Use Smmry alone to condense feedback, then save results to a shared Google Sheet. Your analyst reviews the condensed feedback, manually tags clusters, and scores them using a simple rubric. This takes 2-3 hours instead of the 40-hour deep read, but you retain control over scoring logic. This skips MindPal entirely and costs less, but you lose the parallel-agent structure that catches contradictions and contextual nuance.
Pro Tips
Start with a small feedback sample.
Before automating your entire support queue, test the workflow with 20-30 carefully chosen feedback items.
Tune prompts and MindPal agent logic based on results you can manually verify. This prevents wasted API calls on a broken pipeline.
Monitor Chat With PDF accuracy.
The tool works well for structured extraction, but watch the first few weeks of output. If it's misclassifying sentiment or missing nuance, adjust your prompt. Ask it to explain its reasoning for each classification, then validate a sample.
Rate-limit MindPal carefully.
Running three agents in parallel on large feedback batches can be slow. Set a reasonable timeout (e.g. 5 minutes) and fall back to Claude Opus 4.6 if MindPal exceeds it. Add a retry node that routes oversized batches to Claude instead.
Store raw feedback separately.
Keep the original feedback text in a database, even after analysis. You'll need to re-run analysis as your scoring logic improves, and having the raw source is essential. Use n8n's MongoDB or PostgreSQL node to archive everything.
Reduce infographic generation cost.
Text2Infographic charges per image. Instead of generating a new infographic every week, generate one and send it to an n8n variable for review before publishing. If findings are identical to the previous week, skip generation and note "no significant change" in your email instead.
