Pros & Cons

Advantages

  • Handles a range of document types including invoices, purchase orders, receipts and ID cards rather than invoices alone.
  • Connects with more than 260 applications, covering major accounting and ERP systems.
  • The pay-as-you-go credits do not expire, which suits businesses with irregular document volumes.
  • A free tier of 10 pages lets users test extraction before committing any money.
  • Provides an OCR API for teams that want to build extraction into their own workflows.
  • Holds ISO 27001 certification and supports GDPR, SOC 2 and HIPAA, which helps regulated industries.

Limitations

  • The free plan is limited to 10 pages over one month, so it is only useful for a brief trial.
  • There are no named monthly subscription tiers, which may not suit teams that prefer predictable recurring billing.
  • Enterprise pricing is not published and requires booking a demo to obtain a quote.
  • The partner programme lists no public commission rates or terms, so prospective partners must enquire directly.
